Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Labwell Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide timely, accurate, and hassle-free diagnostic services to our valued customers. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations and refunds with fairness and transparency.

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You can cancel by contacting our customer care team via phone or email.

  • Same-Day Cancellations:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a full refund, especially if home sample collection has already been dispatched or the lab has begun preparing for your tests.

  • No-Show Policy:
    If the patient is unavailable at the time of sample collection or does not arrive for a walk-in appointment, the booking will be treated as a ‘No-Show’ and may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds:
    A full refund will be processed if:

    • The cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

    • The test(s) are not available or cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if only part of the tests were conducted or if the service was interrupted due to unavoidable issues.

  • No Refunds:

    • If the cancellation request is made after the sample has been collected or the tests have been processed.

    • If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information that affects the test results.

3. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

  • Please allow 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval.

4. Cancellations by Labwell Diagnostics

In rare situations, Labwell Diagnostics may cancel or reschedule your booking due to:

  • Operational constraints

  • Equipment malfunction

  • Staff unavailability

  • Emergency or unforeseen events

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a 100% refund or a rescheduling option will be provided at your convenience.
